I've always felt like an outsider,
down to my very bones.
You were so quiet and stoic, how could I ever
have known you felt the same?
All those years of sitting in classrooms and
playing games,
only a few feet apart, how could I have missed
that you were just as desperate as I to 
be a part of them
And though now our lives are riddled with
turmoil and stormy weather,
I hope it's not too late for us to
be outsiders together...
