Poetry Today I Am Grieving By Marie Allred - June 20, 2017 Today, I am filled with grief. It washes over me in waves, crashing over the dips and sways; foaming at the lips. I tighten my grip on grace and pray that eventually, I will get away. But the ocean craves all of my peace and so I stay, trapped in the midst of missing you. Some days I am an escapee; searching for refuge from the memory. But most days I am encompassed in the thick of it. 0 Comments Share:
